7.1 Platform Ownership

All content, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property on the Platform (excluding User-Generated Content) are owned by Naru AI or its licensors. Use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

9.4 Cap on Liability

**NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, NARU AI'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO NARU AI FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100.**

9.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Naru AI shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
